  We spent a week in The Cobram area and visited many places and had outstanding service at them all, until we got to the Big Strawberry. We waited to be served at the wine tasting counter for at least 5-10 min, while one of the staff at the adjacent coffee machine, did her level best to ignore us. Not once did she make eye contact, look in our direction or say how can I help you. We had intended to have a sit down meal and purchase goods from the store, but this level of disgraceful customer service will ensured we left both hungry and empty handed. We'll never grace the establishment ever again, nor recommend it to anyone.
